For pre-paid reservations, changes—if permitted—may require cancellation and rebooking at a new rate. Tremendoustripz.com is not obligated to refund any amounts unless explicitly stated in the booking terms.

Room rates displayed on Tremendoustripz.com generally exclude resort fees or destination charges, which may be collected directly by the hotel at check-in. Our charges cover only the base rate, applicable taxes, and selected amenities.

Rental Car Booking Terms

General Conditions

All car rentals booked through Tremendoustripz.com are subject to the rental company’s standard rental agreement, which is signed at the time of vehicle pickup. Tremendoustripz.com is not a party to this agreement.

If rental pricing or details are listed incorrectly due to supplier error, we may cancel or refuse the reservation. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum rental age: 19 years
• Drivers under 25 years may be subject to a young driver surcharge
• Additional drivers incur extra charges
• A valid driver’s license and credit card in the driver’s name are required at pickup
• Specific car models are not guaranteed

For retail price rentals, Tremendoustripz.com is not the merchant of record. Your card guarantees the reservation, and the rental provider charges you directly at pickup.

Taxes and Charges

Rental companies collect and remit applicable taxes and fees based on pickup location. Tremendoustripz.com pays these amounts to vendors and is not a co-vendor.

Featured Airport Parking Booking Terms

Tremendoustripz.com acts as an agent for featured airport parking providers. By booking, you enter a direct contract with the parking operator, subject to their terms.

Booking Requirements

• Provide vehicle make, model, and registration number
• Bring your booking confirmation or reference number
• Present the credit card used for booking
• The individual signing the parking contract must be the vehicle’s authorized custodian

Important Conditions

• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival
• Claims for damage are considered only for proven negligence
• Claims are not accepted after the vehicle has exited the parking facility
• You must review arrival instructions in your confirmation email

Tremendoustripz.com and the parking provider are not liable for missed flights or delays caused by failure to follow booking instructions.

Parking Pricing & Payments

Cruise Booking Terms

Pricing Details

All cruise prices are quoted per person in GBP, based on double occupancy, and exclude airfare, port charges, government fees, and taxes unless stated otherwise. A non-refundable processing fee applies per booking.

Cruise lines may impose fuel surcharges payable before departure. Prices vary based on ship, sailing date, stateroom category, and departure port.

Special promotional fares require valid government-issued identification at boarding. Tremendoustripz.com is not responsible for supplier pricing errors or omissions.

Passenger Name Accuracy

Passenger names must match official identification exactly. Name corrections or booking changes may incur additional fees. Contact Tremendoustripz.com immediately if corrections are required.

Baggage Allowances

Baggage limits are set by the cruise line and may change without notice. Guests are responsible for reviewing baggage policies directly with the cruise operator.

Cruise Cancellations and Refunds
