Booking Changes and Charges

When you make a reservation through Tremendoustripz.com, any changes, amendments, or cancellations may be subject to fees charged by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other travel service providers. These fees vary depending on the provider, fare type, service booked, and specific booking conditions.

In most cases, requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure or check-in, although certain providers may have different timelines or stricter policies. To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend contacting our customer support team to review the rules applicable to your booking before requesting any modifications.

Ticket Refund Rules

Most tickets and travel services booked through Tremendoustripz.com are non-refundable, in accordance with the policies set by our travel partners. If your booking allows cancellations, refunds may be issued in the form of a travel credit with the same provider and traveler name, subject to expiration dates and usage restrictions defined by the provider.

All cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure. Cancellations requested after departure, including no-show bookings, are generally not permitted. If a travel credit is used for a new booking, any fare difference must be paid by the traveler.

Refund Eligibility and Process

To qualify for a refund, your ticket or travel package must permit cancellations under the applicable fare rules, and you must submit a refund request through Tremendoustripz.com. Bookings classified as “no show” (failure to check in, board, or use the service) are typically non-refundable.

While we may submit waiver requests to airlines or travel providers on your behalf, approval is entirely at the provider’s discretion.

Once your refund request is submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgment along with a tracking number. This confirmation indicates receipt of your request and does not guarantee approval.

If approved by the provider, refunds will be processed according to their policies and may take 60 to 90 days to reflect on your original payment method. Provider-imposed penalties are usually deducted from the refundable amount. Please note that service fees and booking fees charged by Tremendoustripz.com are non-refundable, and in some cases, an additional per- passenger or per-ticket service fee may apply to process approved refunds.

If a refund request is declined by the travel provider, any applicable post-ticketing service fees will be returned within 21 business days, where applicable.
