Service Fee Policy

The following service fees apply to bookings made through Tremendoustripz.com. All fees are subject to change and are displayed clearly during checkout.

Service Fee Policy

• Service fees are shown in your local currency on the payment page.
• Fees vary based on passenger type, including adults, children, infants, seniors, students, and military personnel.
• Most service fees are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of transaction fees, subject to airline or supplier rules.
• Fees for cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable.
• You will only be charged the final amount quoted by our agent at the time of booking.

Exclusions from Standard Service Fees

Certain bookings may incur additional service charges, including:

• Up to $37.50 per passenger for online holiday package bookings
• Up to $150 per passenger for online Business Class or First Class flight bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city itineraries
• Up to $30 per passenger for bookings originating from high-fraud locations
• Up to $41.25 per passenger for bookings with different travel dates or nearby airports
• Up to $150 per passenger for online cruise bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor tickets

Contact Center Booking Fees

Bookings completed through our contact center may incur higher fees than online reservations due to the added complexity of itinerary planning. Fees may range from $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger, or up to $93.75 for senior travelers.
