Visa & Schengen Visa – Ticket Refund Policy
Airline tickets booked through Tremendoustripz.com are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Refunds are only processed when permitted by the airline’s fare rules or approved by Tremendoustripz.com.
- You must not be classified as a no-show
- A supplier waiver must be obtained before processing
Airline Refunds & Future Credits
- All refunds and credits are governed by airline fare rules and policies
- Service fees are displayed in your local currency at checkout
- Fees apply to all passenger types, including adults, children, infants, students, seniors, and military personnel
- Booking fees, post-ticketing fees, and service charges are non-refundable

Special Service Requests
Special services are handled upon request only and require airline approval:
- Name Corrections: Ticket names must match passport or government ID
- Visa or Passport Denial: Official denial letter required
- Baggage Claims: Baggage receipts and tags must be submitted
- No-Show Cases: Supporting documentation explaining missed travel
- Denied Boarding: Proof detailing the reason for denial
- Duplicate Tickets: Copies of identical itineraries booked through us
